fantastic locationcharming balconyhelpful staffsound insulation
i adored the hotel's fantastic location near everything. the room featured a charming little balcony perfect for a quick breather. the front desk staff were helpful alexandra was amazing at both check in and check out i appreciated her support.
sound insulation in the rooms needs improvement i could hear every footstep above me people flushing the toilet or using the shower disturbed my sleep unfortunately i found this pretty annoying.

poor insulationcrowded area
The sound insulation was quite poor. I could hear every footstep from the room above (this was especially noticeable at night). breakfast felt a little chaotic. The dining area was small and often crowded.
